For IT and InfoSec leaders
Dragonfly keeps every tool in the company assessed and current: what it does, who owns it, what data it touches, so the answer exists before the question reaches you.
The problem
Nobody adds a tool intending to create risk or cost. But knowing what's in use, proving it's safe, and showing what the spend delivers all land on your desk.
The solution
Dragonfly keeps a live record of every tool: what it does, who owns it, who has access, and its assessment, built from systems you already run.
Every tool, owner and access record, kept current from your SSO, HR and finance systems. Ready for every audit, access review and leaver.
Teams check what already exists, who owns it and what overlaps before asking you. What still reaches you comes with the context to decide.
Each new signup is surfaced with what it touches, where the data goes and a verdict, so you are in the conversation before the data moves.
Adoption by team, seats against logins, spend against use. Decisions on which AI tools to keep or cut rest on evidence.

“We had all the pieces. Finance had spend, HR people, Workspace sign-ins. Dragonfly is the first place they come together. Seeing the full tech stack in one view, and knowing it stays current, changes what we can decide.”
Michael Ramsay, Head of Information Security, Peppy
One tool for all
Complex technology decisions stall when every stakeholder sees a different part of the problem. Dragonfly gives the organisation one shared picture, and each team the answers it's judged on.
Dragonfly connects only to the systems you approve, usually your sign-in provider, your finance or card platform and your HR system, and every connection is read-only. From those it builds the record of your tools, with their owners, costs and usage. It never adds, removes or changes access inside your tools. Your data is held in its own isolated workspace, separate from every other customer, and Dragonfly is ISO 27001 certified. Our ISO 27001 certificate and data processing agreement are available on request.
Single sign-on only covers the tools that go through it. Dragonfly also reads your finance and HR data, so it finds tools bought on a card or expensed that never touched single sign-on. It then joins every tool to its owner, cost and renewal date in one record. Access reviews, audits and leaver checks stop being an export from each tool matched by hand, because the answer is already assembled.
Dragonfly does the upkeep for you. Connecting your sign-in, finance and HR systems takes a few minutes, and live data for your first complete picture follows within 2 to 4 days.
From then on Dragonfly keeps the record of every tool current by itself, picking up changes from those systems, so nothing is updated by hand. Whenever a task needs owners, access, costs and usage joined together, that data is already in place.
No, every tool keeps its named owner, so budget holders still manage the tools their teams bought. Dragonfly gives you a view of the whole estate and shows who answers for each part of it, including tools nobody had registered. You get the oversight your role requires, and the day-to-day responsibility for each tool stays with the person who owns it.
You can check any figure before you rely on it. Every number in Dragonfly shows where it came from, whether your identity provider, finance platform, compliance platform or a manual entry, and when it was last refreshed. Data refreshes regularly, and you can refresh it on demand before a report or review, so what you present reflects the current state of your estate.
A short call shows you how all of this looks with your tech stack.
